School Day, Term Times and INSET Days

  • The morning Tutor session begins at 08:30.
  • Therefore, we encourage all students to be on the Academy site no later than 08:25.
  • Students who arrive after 08:30 must report to the member of staff on duty (or Student Services) and will be given a late attendance mark.
  • The legal AM registration mark closes at 09:00.
  • The school day ends at 15:05.
  • Beacon Academy offers 33 hours of weekly learning.
