Our academy operates a cashless payment system, and ParentPay is the only accepted method for making payments.

Why use ParentPay?

  • ParentPay is easy to use and allows you to make secure online payments anytime and anywhere.

Getting Started with ParentPay

  • You will receive a secure online account with a unique username and password.
  • To activate your account, visit www.parentpay.com, enter your username and password, and follow the prompts to create your own login details. Keep these safe for future use.
  • If you have more than one child at the academy, you only need to activate one main account. You can then add additional children using the “Add a Child” tab on the homepage.

Making Payments

  • Once your account is activated, you can start making payments immediately.
  • ParentPay keeps electronic record for you to view at any time.
