Level 3 Teaching Assistant

 Reports to:  SENCO & SEN Manager

 Payscale:  NJC Pt 6           FTE salary £19,698  (£10.21 per hour)

                                                Actual salary £14,116

 Hours:       31 hours per week (term-time only + 5 days)

Due to Beacon’s expansion and the increased number of students being admitted to the academy in September 2020 with EHCP’s, the Governors of Beacon Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational individual for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

In addition to the meeting the requirements in the Job Description, the successful person will be able to:

  • Deliver quality first teaching to small groups of students within the academy’s inclusion unit.
  • Quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with students that lead to good behaviour and progress.
  • Demonstrate resilience and tenacity in their approach to work.

Department: NE Lincs

Reporting to:   Premises Manager/ Head of School

Salary: Grade 1- FTE £17,842 (pro-rata)

  • We require efficient and effective individuals who can help our Estates Team carry out a cleaning service at our academies in NE Lincolnshire.
  • You will be required to undertake safe working practices in line with Health and Safety standards.
