Our distinctive ethos of ‘Human Scale Education’ sets us apart from other schools. At Beacon Academy children will be known as individuals, supported by an excellent team of people, providing them with opportunities to achieve academically and to develop as a young person.

As a result of the increase in pupil numbers, the Governors of Beacon Academy are seeking to appoint 3 experienced administration staff to join our team of support staff. These are exciting times for the academy and we are looking for people to join us on our journey.

Candidates will have good organisational and ICT competency skills, be able to work on their own initiative and have a keen interest in current educational practices.

Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage, but not essential.
